Guide map - Start with setup, then follow the money movement flow you need.

The Help Center follows the app itself: verify the user, connect mobile money, choose the action, review the confirmation details, and keep the receipt.

  • Setup first. KYC, mobile money providers, defaults, PIN, and optional 2FA make the rest of the app ready for transactions.
  • Review before submit. Every money action shows source, destination, amount, rate, limit, fee, and confirmation state before the final request.
  • Merchants stay explicit. Deriv is active today. Axon Markets and Harmovest Capital are visible as coming soon until their rails are enabled.

01 / Get started
